All of the bright, modern rooms are decorated in shades of cream and blue.
All bedrooms are en suite/ private facilities with showers. Fresh bed linen and towels are provided during you stay.
All of the rooms are comfortable and well equipped, with all the comforts and facilities you need. Whether you are exploring the city as a tourist or visiting the area on business, the comfortable, peaceful rooms provide a relaxing haven.
To relax before or after a busy day touring Edinburgh, there is a variety of teas, coffee and hot chocolate with biscuits to enjoy in your room.

A 10-minute walk will bring you to the Queen's Park, Arthur's Seat and the Craggs. The Commonwealth Pool, the University of Edinburgh's Pollock Halls, Duddingston golf course and the Prestonfield golf course are also all within 10 minutes’ walk.
