FOOD AND BEVERAGE
The Conservatory Restaurant and International Bar were fully refurbishment in July 2008. The hotel now offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day.

By Car:
From Princes Street, Edinburgh:
- Turn up Lothian Road.
- At the Tollcross junction, go right past the Cameo Cinema.
- Turn right at the Kings Theatre (past Mr Boni's).
- Continue along Gilmore Place which becomes Polwarth Gardens.
The hotel is on the left-hand side behind the bowling green.
