Each apartment has the luxury of its own high-specification kitchen, so you can choose to cook your own meals or enjoy one of the many fine restaurants in the area.
Each studio also has its very own en suite shower room and an internet connection point offering free wired internet access.

The studio apartments are located on Potterrow, which is just 5 minutes’ walk from the historic Royal Mile and within walking distance of the shops and boutiques of Princes Street.

Check-ins outside of the published check-in times are by special appointment only. If you are due to arrive after 22:00, the studios’ management will arrange for your keys to be available for you at another property a short distance away. In this instance, the management will charge your card before arrival. If you are due to arrive outside of the published check-in times, please contact the management in advance in order to inform them of your estimated time of arrival, to arrange a check-in and for further information. You can contact reception by telephone or via email, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email.
